1. General Payment Terms

  • All purchases made on Pictivio are processed in EUR (€).

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us or our third-party payment providers to charge the applicable amount.

  • Access to digital products is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account or card is not denominated in EUR.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.

  • We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

  • For custom video or creative services, timelines and scope will be agreed upon prior to production.

  • Payment must be received in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Custom services may be eligible for partial refunds depending on progress at the time of cancellation.

8. Failed Payments & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails or is reversed, access to the purchased product may be revoked.

  • Repeated payment issues may result in suspension of your account.

9. Security
